CEO Jim Ryan says they are actively working with New Jersey, California, and Florida. All of these states seem to be the trailblazers in the gambling industry and therefore the best targets. Ryan is hoping that legislation is passed sooner rather than later. US Government is making many decisions right now and trying to decide on a number of issues.

Not just online gambling, but also non-Indian casinos are looking to expand in the states.
